MACK Snowboards - It all started on the mountain!

Founded by Hansruedi Ammann, a former Alpine World Cup snowboard rider and mountain specialist, MACK brand was born out of a relentless drive for perfection. For him, a snowboard was something more than just equipment. Yet, after years of pushing boundaries on the slopes and testing countless boards, something was still missing: snowboards that offered true, uncompromising quality, precision, and peak performance.

The dream of crafting his own boards had been brewing for years. Initial production began through external partners, but to achieve genuine perfection, they needed complete creative and technical freedom. They wanted total control over every single detail – from the core selection and laminate structure right down to the final edge finish.

In 2026, that dream became a reality with the opening of the custom-built factory in Val Müstair, nestled in the Swiss Alps. Today, every board they build is a product of hands-on craftsmanship and pure passion, designed without shortcuts for those who demand the best on the mountain.
